For a major online services provider we successfully delivered Enterprise BI Architecture and Enterprise DWH on time and on budget, reconciling revenue from disparate source systems within the Enterprise Data Warehouse – right down to the last cent where the past 4 years’ revenue discrepancy was somewhere from $4M to $40M.
For Australia’s leading blood products supplier we developed a Corporate Information Management and Reporting Strategy and Roadmap with a Corporate Information Model. We delivered business information and reporting governance structure, policies and processes within a flexible and scalable integrated Information Management foundation. This involved defining an infrastructure to enable cross platform and application reporting. We successfully implemented Phase 1 of this integrated strategy roadmap – on time and on budget – resulting in a fully reconciled data warehouse to source system files.
For a well-known beverage manufacturer and distributor we delivered a best practice BI/ETL Architecture and Solution which reduced cost and time of ETL and BI reporting. In the process we simplified 60% of overly complex BI/ETL processes and consolidated four disparate BI projects with different stakeholders into one.
